Prices are always per week, including all additional costs and cleaning at the end.
It is possible to lease the whole Residence incl. lounge.
Additional costs:
- Extra bed for guests 3 years and over €10.00 per day.
- Breakfast € 7,00.- per person and day (on request).
- Breakfast for our younger guests from 3 – 10 yrs. € 4,50.-
- Pets are always welcome here! € 20,00 per week.
- Winter months heating addition €20.00 per week.
- Apartments can be reserved after a payment of €100.00 – €200.00 per week.
- The payment acts as a guarantee and will not be returned in the event that the guest alone cancels the agreement.
- Rooms are available from 2pm on the day of arrival uand the departure should ba at 10am otherwise we count yet another day.
- We do not accept credit cards.
